How does our system work?<\/span><\/p>

Fixed Payment: We rent your apartment for a one-year period, – with the chance of renewal-, we furnish it carefully, we take awesome pictures and we publish it in our channels. Then we do all the work of renting it out while you receive your fixed payment at the beginning of the month.

Nope, your apartment does not need to be furnished. We take care of that at our expense. However, if your apartment is already furnished and want to receive a higher rent as compared to an unfurnished apartment, we can do that too.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
