Booking and Payment<\/strong>
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our website. A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Payments can be made through our website using a credit or debit card.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.<\/p>

Check-in and Check-out<\/strong>
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.<\/p>

Property Description and Amenities<\/strong>
We have made every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of our properties on our website are accurate. However, please note that the actual property may differ slightly from the description and photographs. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, and appliances are provided as described on the website, but we cannot guarantee that they will be in working order at all times.<\/p>

Occupancy<\/strong>
The maximum occupancy for each property is stated on the website. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any extra guests not included in the booking.<\/p>
