How does our system work?
Fixed Payment: We rent your apartment for a one-year period, – with the chance of renewal-, we furnish it carefully, we take awesome pictures and we publish it in our channels. Then we do all the work of renting it out while you receive your fixed payment at the beginning of the month.
Variable Pay: We agree on a percentage in which we will share the revenue. In case it is not furnished we furnish it carefully, we take awesome pictures and we publish it in our channels. Then we do all the work of renting it out while you receive your fixed payment at the beginning of the month.
We are currently open to manage apartments in Las Condes, Vitacura and Providencia, all in Santiago. However we are expanding! Do you have an apartment outside these communes, let’s speak!
Nope, your apartment does not need to be furnished. We take care of that at our expense. However, if your apartment is already furnished and want to receive a higher rent as compared to an unfurnished apartment, we can do that too.
You treat your income in the same way your would treat a traditional rent.
Sure, in the variable payment scheme, you are allowed to ask us to use your apartment just paying the expenses corresponding to those dates.
